It would be good to get Directions from depot to leave the city because of height limitations The vehicle was good, a bit worn but it worked perfectly fine!

The agent could spend more time demonstrating how functions work on the van rather than just pointing at items and glossing over instructions. We had trouble getting the propane going because he did not cover one of the valves under the seat that needed to be open and the instruction manual did not have that valve in it also. The van had a big dents on the passenger side when we received it and numerous people mentioned that they thought that Indie camper was not a very good company because they let a van out that was damaged. Returning the van was a smooth and uneventful process. Customer service replied quickly once we figured out that they communicate via text and not be a voice. That was not specified when we did received the van. Customer service was enthusiastic but their help was not very useful. We felt that we wasted time getting an oil change early on in the trip and figuring out propane issues that could have been easily resolved if customer service had correct information and more training. Good

For us everything went fine. We got an issue with the waterpump which was bad luck really. Support was fine and since it was in our last days we improvised around it. Support was fast

Het was allemaal helemaal perfect. Precies volgens verwachting. Enige puntje wat we kunnen bedenken is dat de max kilometers wel wat van je camper-vrijheid wegneemt, maar ook begrijpelijk dat er ‘een beperking’ op zit. Daarnaast een opstapje voor regenachtige dagen. De service en de camper waren voor de rest helemaal perfect en volgens verwachting (en meer).. De kwaliteit en service waren helemaal naar verwachting en meer. We zouden Indie Campers zeker aanraden aan vrienden en familie.

Er waren enkele gordijnen en ramen die niet meer 100% werkte. Voor de rest alles top!

- Blokken voor onder de wielen om de camper recht te kunnen zetten. - Een elektriciteitskabel van >5 meter. - Een schone buitenkant, hij was echt heel vies. De camper was nog vrij nieuw en voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Het zonnescherm kwam goed van pas, en alles werkte naar behoren.

Everything was spot on with the van, the service was wonderful. Just better pillows please! We had a wonderful time travelling round NL in our Indie Campers van. Service was smooth and friendly and I highly recommend.

We had an issue with the bed aswell as the shower door and the alternator which broke halfway along the trip. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful with our issues. Calling out roadside assistance for a jump start when we could do so it ourselves. Indie Campers were a cheap and effective solution who were willing to help no matter what issue came about (which is to be expected when crossing a continent)

Tips: fluitketel bij spullen voor in de bus Langere kabel electra Blokken om de camper recht te zetten op oneven plekken Wij hebben een prima ervaring gehad. Het lokale team was erg aardig bij check in en out. Bruno nam de tijd om ons zeer goed te begeleiden en uit te leggen hoe alles werkte. Als jullie een wat meer een kampeer en bohémien en ervaring willen bieden zou ik bv wat meer accessoires aanbrengen O ja en betere stoelen ;) leukere stoelen

Mejoraría con una placa solar ya que el alternador del vehículo no tiene la capacidad de cargar toda la furgoneta. Hay q enchufarla para que cargue bien. Cuando la recogimos estaba a media carga y tuvimos que volver a la empresa ,col que nos desviamos al menos 150 kilómetros por este motivo.,para preguntar que pasaba ya que se apagaban las luces y se paraba el agua al no tener batería suficiente. Nos parecería justo que se nos devolviera el importe de ese sobrekilomatraje. Por lo demás, furgoneta nueva, todo funciona bien,una maravilla. Recomendable totalmente.

Very happy with the service from Bruno and the local team, so five stars for that. Vehicle worked well travelwise, but many interior details in the van were very dated, broken or missing.
