Would be perfect with a check done on the tires and oil level before the check-in so we don’t have to do it ourself. More reactivity would have been better. The AI chat is not perfect but ok.

The sensors for water, grey and black tanks are a little bit off. A much better draining pipe or tube for the grey and black water would be a better improvement as this was leaking a lot during the draining process. It was a great experience, plenty of room for 4-5 people and it was very easy to operate.

Rushabh was amazing. Very helpful. The vehicle was great, but the battery wouldn't keep its charge so we'd lose power half way through the night. We rported it using the online chat, but that wasn't helpful at all. They asked for a video of the flat battery?! Anyway, this is the second time we have hired from Indie campers and if we do come again, we won't hesitate using indie campers. In fact, I was approaches by a lady in a carpark in Otowa and she asked about Indie Campers. I said that I could recommend them. Emyr and Gaynor.

A thicker duvet would be beneficial. An awning would be cool too! The van has everything you need for a great road trip. The heater is great, the bed is pretty comfy and it's a lovely van to drive.

We ordered 4 chairs but only got three, the water heating did not seem to work - but boiling the water via propane was sufficient since we did not use the shower. The sewer attachment was unfortunately leaking.
The road support team can only be reached via WhatsApp chat. A telephone service would be better.
Other than that, the local team was amazing, kind and very helpful. Amazing trip

El alquiler fue correcto, el chico del check in se portó súper bien y explicó todo detalladamente, no nos gustó que el seguro a todo riesgo no cubre por encima o por debajo de las ventanas, así que alquilas la autocaravana con miedo. Quitando de algunas cosas que no funcionaban correctamente, lo demás todo muy bien. Durante el check out de nuevo el chico fue súper paciente y explicó todo.

Other than some smaller issues like the sensors for the black/grey water did not show the correct filling state everything was great! We really enjoyed the experience! Especially the local team (Max) was really great!

Everything was great for the trip we planned. Vehicle had some minor damage, but nothing that affected the trip. Thanks! Max was a great help at check in and check out. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Left some of the cleaning supplies in cupboards after cleaning, as well as towels from previous renters but all good :) we got to use them during the trip which was helpful! Rash was super helpful during our check-in and check-out and made us feel very welcome as well as have some good tips for onward travels! Also was helpful that he was available to reach out to during the trip!

Pickup and drop off was fast and simple. Especially compared to simple car rental. The place off pickup (in Toronto) was a bit rough/uninviteful, but everything worked out. We liked it.
