Had a nice week and everything was oke

Lovie was very helpful & thorough at checkout. While we made a plan ourselves after starting our trip, there were however a few items missing that we had expected: Dust pan Cutting board Sharp knife A clean toilet (was dirty) We had an incredible van experience overall. Thank you

Overall the van was fine and economical. The staff were really helpful. Driving was easy, even though some streets were very narrow! We loved Croatia; so beautiful and so much history. There were a few things that were disappointing. There were no glasses, only mugs, one of which was cracked. The coffee pot was very small. The duvet was very thin and did not fit the cover. There could have been more cutlery but it was OK as there were only 2 of us. It would have been very cramped with 3 or 4 people. Overall, all was fine. Very efficient service.

We had a lovely experience with Marianne she was extremely helpful, lovely to talk to and really made the handover/drop off an easy process :)

I would like to express my satisfaction with the service I recieved. The young man in charge at the pick-up location was incredibly attentive and friendly. It was such a pleasure to start and end my journey on such a positive note. His professionalism and helpfulness truly enhanced the experience. We will do this again in the future. Thank you so much!

Higher quality materials for the inside of van - i.e window and blind fittings. We rented the nomad van from the Split (Croatia) Depot. Marianne was the one that handled both Check in and check out for us, and we couldn't be happier - she was super nice, welcoming and helpful. She made sure to clarify all of our questions and give us as much information as possible! If you're every in the Split Depot, make sure to ask for her! Regarding the van itself, we found that the fittings were quite fragile and needed very gentle handling in order to work - which we can understand and accept in a rental van, at the end of a busy season. Van is easy to drive and quite efficient regarding fuel consumption. Overall very pleasant experience!

Allow for the second bed to be removed. Overall good experience. I like how you can chat to a real person on WhatsApp. That’s super important.

A decent enough knife for preparing food should be always on the stuff provided in the kitchenware package.

Great van and really enjoyed having the freedom to explore Croatia. One small suggestion would be to improve the bed. It is very hard and uncomfortable and had no ventilation. Other than that everything was great (super hot) but great 😉

Mehr Details zur Beschreibung des Campers, zB Equipment wie Besteck, Spülmittel usw. Damit man weiß was vorhanden ist und was nicht. Glasflaschen „Regelung“ ist Glückssache, eine volle wäre toll. Und eine größere Bettdecke bzw. Laken

There were a couple of issues the maintainer let us know about, that he couldn't fix due to indie camper policy. I'd recommend changing the company policy to offering full tanks of fuel, update the bedding, possibly offer towels for rent (for overseas travelers).Ridiculous deposit requirements, charging extra for any pick up or drop off times - disappointing.

A few small issues with the van. One blind not working etc. But nothing major and nothing that would impact the fun we had.

Croatia team was fab. Lovre was very helpful on arrival showing us how to use the van - and also When we messaged him on the road.

Lovre was very friendly and very accurate. Very pleasant person in his communication.
