The vehicle was very good and looks new, only 16000km. The functionality is very good. Only small issues with an internal door not looking and some alarms with thr fridge. I used the online support many times and it worked very well. Thanks Indie Campers, our first experience with a motorhome was great!

Had difficulty with the propane, the van had a German tank and regulator, so I could not find a French tank to fit, and no one would refill it. Spent cold days with no heat or hot water or cooking. Overall fine experience. Especially appreciated the kind and thorough service from Ameer at the Paris service center.

Overall - a very positive experience! The employees are all lovely and personable and the vans are a great selection. We had the best time exploring and loved testing out van life. Only real critique: communication when on the road and supplies. When we picked up our van, there was no gas in the gas tank compartment (or enough bedding, a chef knife, etc). We had to bring up the gas a few times before it was checked and they realized we weren’t asking for an extra, we just didn’t have any. We did ask for an extra and were told there were none but it would be very easy to just buy some on the road. Our car held a specific and much smaller gas tank and it turned out to be impossible to find any on the road. This leads to the communication bit: Impossible to get a hold of someone to just ask where to get another tank. We tried no fewer than 15 gas stations and super markets as we traveled and spent the last week without gas. We tried numbers and the whats app messaging (the person realized we weren’t stranded on the side of the road and simply stopped answering) and no luck. We were lucky to find a campsite for a few days that offered a kitchen to allow us to cook! Very frustrating to be stranded without the ability to cook. Also - frustrating to have no one to call when our plans changed and we needed to drop the car earlier. Google hours stated y’all were open but our drop off time was later, so when we rolled up at 9, no one was there. We would have called to check and ask for someone to be there but we couldn’t find the contact in any email, the website, or Google. Overall - a positive experience but the lack of cooking ability really added unnecessary frustration to the tail end of the trip. Definitely recommend indie campers for travel! We enjoyed a 2 week trip throughout the south of France and getting to test out van life. Some hiccups in our pickup (double check supplies to make sure you have what you need), but overall a really positive experience! The employees are very friendly and the van itself was great.

Make sure all legal documents and equipment are on board. A rental car shall follow local legislation. I had no propane, whereas I was told that there was a half full tank, and I was not provided with a new one while I did purchas one several months in advance. Car cleaning (inside only as the outside hasn't been cleaned at all) was amazingly poor: I wouldn't have deared to give a car like. Anyway, our trip was a great experience, thank you ! I had a mercedes marco polo van. Ther was a problem folding the table and switching off some lights. Portable toilet was too big, while it would have been ok with the Wolkswagen van. The bed down was not very comfortable. I have seen on a video that there could be a small matress on it. You shall buy it. I did not need to charge electricity for a week, using the fridge and the lamps, while I was worried about it. Some bedsheet dod not look very clean. You shall provide car instruction manual in French, or at least in English.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir waren mit Baby unterwegs. Alles kein Problem. Auch Schutzvorrichtungen sind vorhanden.

We had some problems with heating system but Ameer helped us solve at midnight! Ameer answers all our questions quickly, thanks!
