Es un poco complicado hacer el check-in pero en general la experiencia está bien. La tercera cama es bastan complicada de montar porque no vienen instrucciones.

Honestly not sure if there is any improvement required. All members of staff were amazing, even offering to give us a lift to the airport as they thought we were in a rush. I would also like to say a special thank you to Tony, who on our arrival was tentative, explained everything clearly (and in english) about all of the ins and outs of the van and about the area. He is a credit to your business and he really made the start of our holiday stress free. Aforementioned comments on the treatment from the team, truly lovely team, not out to get you like some hiring facilities. Van was fantastic, everything it was made up to be and everything worked perfectly. We will be using indie campers in the future, hopefully on our next trip around Canada! Perfect van for a week away in Norway! All facilities were very useful. We will be happy to use indiecampers again at any location around the world. The staff in Oslo are very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The team at the centre in Oslo was amazing, super helpful and knowledeagble Reaching the help centre to obtain late drop off was nearly impossible. The team on the ground in Oslo was beyond helpful!

Wouldn’t change anything!! All super easy and great! W Absolutely great experience! The van was basically brand new - no issues at all. Collection was easy with Mario and drop off with Tony the same!! Really knowledgable and friendly. Wonderful service and holiday!!

Not a complaint, just a suggestion. A few coat hangers would have helped us to make better use of the tall cupboard. The handover and return with Toni was excellent. The van met all expectations and Norway out of season proved perfect for this style of holiday. Thank you, we will be back

We had a great time on our trip through Norway. Not sure if the car already comes with it or if they added it because we asked but I’d highly suggest getting the pass for tolls. There are a ridiculous number of speed cameras and tolls so it was helpful to have the cheaper route with the toll pass in the car. For those that are planners, we bought the kitchen kit and it came with bowls, plates, 4 small cups, silverware, dish soap, a dish scrubber and dish towel, French press for coffee and 3 pots/pans. They provided a small broom for sweeping which was super helpful. The fridge does have a small freezer and we bought ice cubes tray so we could have ice on the road. We pre paid for two propane tanks for 10 days and used both. (Heating the camper at night and cooking). Refilling only cost $25 instead of the $45 they charged but they can only be refilled at certain locations (LPG). Any gas station will offer exchange but we aren’t allowed to exchange the tanks they provide and they’re smaller than the usual. The bedding supplies were very basic (scratchy sheets and two small, flat pillows) in case you wish to pack extra supplies. Overall, we loved our experience driving through Norway and our rental with indie campers. The vehicle was spacious and fully equipped. The service at the pick up location was very kind and about a 12 min Uber to the place from the airport. They offer remote drop off if you have to return it at an odd time. I would highly recommend! We were unaware how difficult it would be to refill the propane tanks. If locations could be provided so people can plan into their route where they might need to go to refill as petrol station did not allow refills, only exchanges.

Not much, great experience overall! Maybe include AdBlue with upgrade, maybe 1 roll of toilet paper per 2 days? Would be good (ie 3 rolls for 6 days). We still had to buy some and it felt like it was a waste. Still would recommend this experience to others :) Excellent experience! Camper package with kitchen supplies and bedding was just what we needed to get by. Super helpful staff! Would recommend to anyone and use this service again myself!

Podrían añadir un tarro de la basura y dejar un mapa con lugares turísticos La verdad es que muy bien, igual un poco pequeño para 4 personas pero la experiencia en general muy buena, la camper no dio problemas de ningún tipo y es cómoda de conducir
