Great experience! We had a wonderful trip and the camper was great to get around different parks and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the camper did not meet expectations, and customer service on the phone was not good.

Overall a good experience. The van was high-quality and spacious enough for 4 people. The service was quick. The only point to mention is that the gray water tank was full, and the fuel and propane were only half-filled. It would have made sense for everything to be clean and fully ready at the start. I still recommend indi campers.

Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. Instructions and use were explained well. Came with warm bedding and kitchen supplies. Interior was mostly clean. We enjoyed our trip and would use again.

Trip was great, but it would be awesome to have a number to call instead of having to rely on chat when things come up Family of 4 with small kids, had a great time in the Solis Air

Solar shower was not in the vehicle when we departed. Vehicle was somewhat dusty on interior and exterior but it’s in the middle of the desert so probably hard to keep that out. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful with showing us around the vehicle. Good time with a capable vehicle!

Our service providers were great! Eric checked us back in, and is a real professional. Efficient, and friendly!
The camper was not as clean as I would have liked. And the windows alone had never been touched. Although I did watch the instructional video, I still think that every camper should have and instructional manual to refer to when on the road. The heater system was a bit difficult to figure out, and it took some time before I was able to get it to work. The camper drove great, and worked for what I wanted on my trip! Nice vehicle, and I would rent it again..just the right size for 2 people.
