When in doubt go with the bigger unit. Space is a premium!

Your team at Denver location for pick up and drop off were welcoming and kind. After long journeys to depot, having toilet available and “leftovers” from previous travelers is always a plus! At pickup, information regarding the van was adequate. We have rented a few times from indie in Barcelona and Italy but we weren’t familiar with the many added features in this van. The video explaining using water and heat was ok, but we also needed to go to the Truma heating system to fully understand the working system. It isn’t complicated but our battery wasn’t charged enough to use heat so we needed to understand error codes. Once external plug was used it was great. As we continued to work with these systems it’s all easy. But maybe a list of the basic error codes so we can troubleshoot issues. Also, the water tank switches are simple once one plays with them but maybe a laminated sheet with simpler language of water in, out and such…the video on the website could focus up close on the water panel as the team member speaks. Drop off was smooth and easy, everyone very friendly and I would recommend this depot for travels around Colorado. One last thought, I have suggested from previous rentals, a hitch with a bike rack rental would be a nice option! The solis camper is a great van for exploring. With 2 people it’s spacious and comfortable inside yet easy to drive and park places. Plenty of storage inside and heat is a plus on the cold nights!

Overall Very good experience. A lot of small pieces in the inside furniture could have been easily fixed before the trip (broken mirror, loose screw, loose drawer, broken drawer, invalid electronic gauges,...)

This is a great RV for a small family, easy to drive and settle, I have no problem with this vehicle. Great RV services from Indie Camper, highly recommended.

Online check in isn't good. Lot's of issues loading id. Get creative and explore! So versatile, it accommodates endless trips!

Todo bien con el funcionamiento de la Van. Solo que la limpieza interior y exterior fueron muy deficientes cuando recibimos la Van. Tampoco había cortina de baño y cuando nos duchábamos quedaba todo mojado el piso. Fue nuestra primera vez viajando en camper y nos gustó mucho. Hubieron detalles como la limpieza que eso fue molesto. Pero el resto de las cosas fueron muy buenas y tuvimos una muy linda experiencia viajando en camper. Tanto así que alargamos los días.

The kits we purchased could use improvement. Essential items were pretty limited. This was our honeymoon trip, and we had an absolutely incredible time. We can’t wait to go again!!

Absolute great service and vehicle! Scott was an excellent communicator of all the features and responsibilities of the RV. Will definitely use this service again! The RV was perfect for our group. Drove nicely, very clean, and the check in & out process was easy and explained well. Many people were impressed we rented an RV and it was a fun experience.

Quicker check in process to pick up the vans Camper was good, but had to return to get generator fixed. It was quick though and will be reimbursed for lost time.
