Fantastic service in the LA drop centre. Very helpful.

There was an initial problem with the vehicle I'd reserved—I reserved a Solis but then 2 days before my reservation I logged in to find that the vehicle had been changed to a Four Winds. I called and used the chat feature on the website and they were not helpful at all, unfortunately—just gave me the runaround. But when I went to pick up the vehicle, the guys at the pickup were great—they got me the vehicle I wanted and made a great effort for me. I liked the Solis—it was the perfect size for 2 people and pretty easy to drive.

I would hire a 3rd party cleaning service so that your people at the depot only have to worry about customers and getting vehicles ready. I would also make sure everything in the campers work before sending it out.

Communication between customer service line and local team didn't work. And in addition it's always harder to talk via a third party/ person. The local team was very helpful and gave great tips and ideas what to do. Very good support, since I also had an uncompleted camping spot issue. All solved and REALLY good support and encouraging words &acts from Shawn and Waldo. Thanks highly recommended Great vehicle. Luckely easy to maneuvor on the wide US roads. Loads of space for 1 person. Surely ideal for a couple. You can stand in the car. (1.77cm) Plenty of information provided. Did't use an electric hook up for my 3 night stay. Plenty of driving during the day

We had booked Solis air but it was not available upon arrival, so the solis we took was not cleaned and we had to clean it A LOT, especially the bathroom. In saying that, Sean found us an RV so that we could still go after travel 5+ hours to get there! We love doing relocations! Minor thing, the caution light came on because one of the license plate lights being out, one worked. We loved the size of this vehicle but wish we would have been given the Solis Air as we had been approved to drive.

Went to pick up the RV in Chicago, we booked the solis but we couldn’t get it because of previous renters had gotten into an accident. Luckily we got another motor home and we’ve been happy with the four wind on our trip. She’s been working fine. The cleaning could have been much better though. It was quite dirty in cupboards and fridge during Pick-up. Unfortunately I realized this as we got on the road. It’s been a great trip and the four wind has been easy to handle. Indie campers have been helpful during our trip with questions and concerns. I would use indie campers again in the future. Thanks for everything. Four winds have been perfect for 2 people. You can easily do 4. We’ve been loving this trip in this motor home and would do it again.

I had an amazing journey in my indie camper solis around Lake Michigan. Everything worked perfectly and it was awesome to be able to pull up to a scenic view and make myself a snack and just enjoy. Great not having to use public toilets too!

Pick up was delayed by 2 hours due to other customers and rv not being completely ready. Staff were very helpful and gave us extra time for drop off at other end of trip. Rv was a bit noisy while on the road, but apart from that, was very good.

Maintenance

I had some issues with the first camper Ford Winds, flat tire, looseness in steering wheel, and smoke coming out when turn on the heater, however once I changed to Winnebago Solis it all went smooth from here! Sean West was amazing and he really made me feel more calm despite everything that happened, also massive thanks to Mon for being so helpful!

Drop off team was excellent, 5/5! The pickup location we were essentially given the keys and had to ask for vehicle specs (I.e. grey/black water locations, gas, propane, etc). A routine general rundown of all the vehicle specs on pickup would be great 👍🏼
